As you have indicated, the sorting on that report will be based on first name rather than last name as with previous versions.
As mentioned, we are currently building a new payroll and supplier payments feature in Acccountright 20xx, which will have similar features as M-Powered Payments. Normally, it will be producing the records on record ID, the way the categories were added to the card, however, I've other sorting as well.
Our team will be able to upgrade the serial number to an AccountRight Plus serial number.
This too is something that has been reported to the team and we are waiting for a fix in a future product update. We have a v Cannot send invoices through system AcountRight I'm sorry you have had issues in setting up your bank feed application.

For at least two years I have been calling periodically to find out what is happening after MYOB support recommended "upgrading" to an Accountright cloud based product. I tried calling up again this time and received no help this time.
I am interested in what you said about exploring alternative solutions for the MPowered payments functionality. If you are having issues in step 9 9.

Also the details of the pay are all different with only two employees Payroll Advice set out as previously, ie, Base Accohntright Paid followed by any of the entitlements being paid this pay, then Tax, then accruals.
